Well that is a classic example of how NOT to do it!

Give them a call in the morning and sort it out. I wouldn't be happy either to be honest.

I hate it when dealers do that. It's just a hassle sorting it out.

Agreed!
But I used to work for a dealer and you wouldn't believe the condition some of the cars came back in!Quite frankly I'd be embarrassed to return them in the condition some came back in.

We had two choices due to the rocketing insurance costs, either stop providing loan cars completley or ask customers to provide their own insurance!

Well folks here we go .Phoned dealers today at 9am and asked for service manager ,and was told he was with a client, so i asked for him to give me a call back on the two numbers i supplied a.s.a.p.still raging at lack of info on my car. waited untill 4.30 and still no call so i then phoned again and was told that the servise manager has been on holiday all week. so to say i was angry by this time was an understatement .so i asked where the hell is my car and was then told i would need to wait to monday to find out about the whereabouts of my car CANT WAIT UNTILL MONDAY WHEN THIS MAN GETS A MOUTHFULL OFF ME ..B**TARDS

Angry

Absolute disgrace! Make sure you give them plenty and I think asking for the service to be complimentry due to the time scale and customer service wouldn't go a miss! Good luck, keep us posted....
