Factory Fitted Options List
Hi, I've found a new car broker with some heavy discounts on a UK main dealer supplied civic: £17993 for 1.8i-VTEC EX i-shift (glass roof, leather) Going to go for Milano red & I'd like to add a few options but I'm unable to find a complete list of factory fitted extras.
The build a civic link on the main website appears have recently dropped several options eg sunroof, leather, alloys etc. & the download of accessories is your typical marketing glossy with very little detail. Most other manufacturers have a price list that I can download but with Honda it seems to be a closely guarded secret. Hope somebody can help point me in the right direction Last edited by 12watch; 1st June 2008 at 11:11. Reason: Found it even cheaper on drivethedeal.com! |

I thought you could download a price list from the Honda site but you can't it would seem. Your best bet would be to take yourself to a dealers and A) get a brochure and a price list and maybe test drive one?
Also remember that some options are not actually factory fitted, but fitted by the dealer once it arrives and before you pick it up......but they don't tell you that! Last edited by angie4m; 1st June 2008 at 11:23. |

Exactly, most options are dealer fitted.
Leather, glass roof and satnav are factroy fitted. There is no sunroof. Also have a look at Honda Accessories Car and Motorcycle - Honda Access Europe NV |

I can see what 12watch means. I've just had a wee look on the Honda site at the build your Civic section and they don't have leather or the glass roof on the optional extras. The only alloys avalible are the 18 inch Storms, but isn't that because Honda have discontinued the other alloys?
Wonder whats going on there? |

Brilliant thanks for the heads up,
Drove an ex i-shift yesterday with a glass roof, the semi-auto takes a bit of getting used to but was seriously impressed with the handling. Just need to work out a price for the dealer to beat before heading back down to the showroom to sign on the dotted. |

I'm sure that when I looked before at that you were talking about £2,500 for the roof and the leather so that would be the ball park figure you should be adding onto the list of options your already after, but you'd have to make sure they could still supply some of the options with the glass roof.

Will have to keep an eye on the Honda site, maybe they're tinkering with the options list as they were definitely listed before. The wife wants side skirts and Storms, I've got a sneeky feeling she was seriously tempted by the Type R in the garage, tis a real shame she needs an auto |
