21 Hours to go ...

Until I pick up my 2.2 EX iCTDi ... Can't wait for a more enjoyable trip to work !!!

Will post up some pics at the weekend, once I have Lifeshined and Waxed it to perfection !! When I did the full Treatment to the smart it took me 6 hours ... I guess being the civic is a little larger, perhaps I'll need 8 !!

Thanks for all the info on the site, and look forward to being a member of this community of Civic Owners ..

Cheers ..

damian

Good luck today.
I picked mine up on Friday and I've still got the smile on my face.
As Jazz says, 'Let us know how you get on'.

13:32 + 21 = 34:32

34:32 - 24 = 08:32

Blimey - hope you're out driving it right now!

I was indeed !!! Gone from 8 Delivery Miles to 79 Miles !!!

Picked it up, checked everything on the List and all was well ... The Dealer looked a bit bemused when I got a piece of paper out and sytematically worked down through it !!! Even the Fuel Filler opened !!!

Then had to drive to Wales, and it was superb ... Just as I remember on the test drive.

So, to sum up, really pleased with it, and look forward to doing some more miles to get everything set-up how I like it.

Will put the pics up at the weekend, as per the First post, as well as the all important CIVINFO.COM Sticker.

Cheers ..

damian

P.S - Bit disappointed that the i-CTDi Badge has gone ... and replaced with a teeny sticker ...

"Gone from 8 Delivery Miles to 79 Miles !!!"

Had 37 delivery miles on mine.

Do you reckon some lucky b***er test drove it at the showroom before me???

Was sat in the Hotel Car Park last night, playing with all the settings, and setting up the Radio. Got some Strange Looks !!!
Just as posted on the site, the Bass is frightfully absent, so will fit an Alpine SWD-2000 in the boot ... that should sort it !!

Thanks for the Comments, and hope that I can help others as much as you guy's (and girl's) have helped me ...

When I bought the smart, it had 0 miles on the Clock ... the trip interestingly had 32 miles on it ... Guess when they reset it on the Diags computer they missed a bit !!!

800 Miles gone, and still loving it ...

Only niggles are the shower when opening the boot and drivers door !! Still getting used to the delay on the resume on the Cruise Control too ...

The Magic Seats are a great design, and the dash and Start Button still make me smile every time I get in.

All in all, pretty pleased with it after living with it for two weeks ...
