Dealers
Hi,
I bought my car from Hyndland Honda in Glasgow,on the day I visited the showroom they had just recently taken delivery of the model and colour I was looking for,so only had to wait few days for delivery. Buying the car was a relaxing experience,no pressure. Had a few problems with the car since but found them helpful and efficient in getting things sorted out. They have my recommendation. Also just bought the Honda Happiness service deal as I plan to keep the car for a while.Anyone else bought this? seems a good deal. |

I bought mine at Derek Warwick Honda in Jersey due to a friend's connection with the company, but now would recommend as they are very helpful, friendly and professional.

Hi all
thought i'd post here first to say how pleased i am with my dealer. I use Francis Honda in Mountsorrel, or Narborough depending who can fit me in first. Never had a problem getting them to sort out problems or just answer stupid questons i have. My car is due for its first service in a few weeks so hopefully that will go as smooth as everything else. Still waiting for my recall letter from Honda, although my wife has had hers and she got her car after mine. She asked them to check if mine would need a recall and they said it would but i'd have to wait for the letter from Honda. Nice forum btw, thought i'd join after the Mrs said how good the site was. |

I've purchased two cars from Avonvale Honda in London Road, Coventry.
Both times the Sales staff were excellent and the after sales on the Service is superb. Very friendly and helpful bunch of people and a free cup of coffee as well. |

Horizon Honda in Christchurch have been really helpful!
Recommended to me by a friend, I chose to buy a car from them without visiting them, just speaking with them on the phone was enough to give me confidence in them. Unlike more local Honda dealers, they knew what I wanted to achieve and worked to make the deal fit, unlike my most local dealer who had no interest in purchasing my old Peugeot, or any discount, and not wanting to get into Dutch auctions he really didn't want my business. Seem like a friendly team of people there, had to phone them with a problem which I couldn't solve myself by reading the manual, they found an equal car and phoned me back several times. So far, top notch service, and even though they are 90 minute drive away, finding a good dealer I think is worth the drive! Car was ready on the date they gave me on my first call to them, and was prepared and polished to perfection on my arrival. Not only did I get many cups of tea, coffee etc I also was given a bunch of flowers (by a bloke - weird experience), anyway, they came in as a handy present later that day - even though she guessed where they'd come from. Now the owner of a 2.2 Civic EX with many extras fitted, really pleased with it. Last edited by neilfs; 23rd December 2006 at 14:39. |

Before purchasing our Civic we were slightly cynical of the customer comments book as it seemed too good to be true but time and experience has substantiated the comments. |

I have to say Phoenix Honda, Stirling have been excellent over the
last 3 years ( since we bought our current Civic & CR-V) from the original purchase to the servicing and even the trade in ( of the civic) not one complaint. I am sure that the same service will be provided over the next 3 years I have to say that we have found the staff to be the most pleasent and helpful people we have had dealt with. (compared to other local Honda Dealers & Local Renault, Peugeot, Toyota, dealers |

So far I've had a very good experience with De Vries in Stockton, who also sold my dad his car before Christmas. He was impressed and recommended them to me.

Crown Garage Soham
I'd just like to leave a thank you to everyone at Crown Garage, High Street, Soham Cambridgeshire where I recently bought my Civic. The service was excellent throughout, no hard sell, just good prices and great service from a reasonably small dealership that are big on meeting the needs of the customer. They are well worth a trip out for anyone Herts/North London etc looking to take the plunge.
I was also very well treated at Norton Way in Letchworth but the price in Soham was considerably better, I dealt with the Sales Manager Derek Fisher. I was disappointed in the staff at Alan Day's in Enfield, Middlesex. I would not visit there again. |

Is that for Sales or Services?
The reason I ask is, I'm buying my 07 Type-S from Arnold Clark in Stockport as I got a better deal - but I'm not sure if I should be taking it to Ashton for servicing as I live closer to Ashton than Stockport, and if the servicing is good there then I might as well use them. -Keeval- |
