There's quite a bit more to the old insurance thing really.
For example, I am a driver with license for 1 year, and 2 years NCB. Mine is £374, with elephant.co.uk 1. 1.8 SE 2. £374 3. www.elephant.co.uk 4. 27 5. Years Licence Held - 2 6. NCB - 2 7. Convictions - None 8. Location - (cheapest insurance area in country!) |

Last weeks Fifth Gear had a report on how to get a lower quote. Their example kid was only 18 and he had just bought a Daihatsu Charade.
But I suppose if you need some basic tips go and have a look. |

Just got my insurance from Swiftcover.com. One good thing about them is that it is all electronic, hence, the Motor Insurance Certificate is a pdf file on line and you can save it or print it out immediately. No waiting for the post or taking up Honda's offer of 7 days free.

£337.00 (with extra benefits such as low excess, £200 towards the cost of a Hotel if the car is immobilised and courtesy car etc) Sheila's Wheels 39 22 years 9 years + NCB No convictions Middlesex The Civic was cheaper to insure than my 1.8 Focus with a different company! |

Definitely fully comp. We're told there are thousands of un-insured drivers
on the road. So it your only TPFT ,and somebody clobbers your nice new Civic and drives off --------- |
