2 weeks wait

to pick up my 2.2 sport. My private plate will take 2 weeks to transfer from the Leon to the Civic. Why does it take so damn long

Took it out for a test drive today - wow . Not as quick as my FR TDI 150bhp but its styling and inside more than makes up for that.

Two bloody weeks is a long time to wait.

Bought it from Springfield Honda Sunderland and the service that they provide is excellent. Really friendy and an excellent deal for my car - 13,450

Am so tempted to upgrade to 18in alloys but cant justify the 850 quid upgrade price where I dont even get to keep the 17s that are on it now.

Like to start a few inexpensive mods - looking at a cheap reversing sensor self fitting kit from EBay. Looked at the ones that attach to the number plate - anyone used this kit and have any comments?

Regards

Wil.

Took about a week for the first registration and cherished transfer from my part-ex to be completed. Once the paperwork had gone through dealer was able to give me a provisional date from DVLA, and I collected the car on the given date.

Might want to check out the threads about chipping the engine, if you haven't already. Get it up to 168bhp.

Possibly but it doesn't matter since chipping company gives you warranty
