Servicing 25,000 mile service and dealer offer

My 2.2 CTDI Sport is in for its 25,000 mile service tomorrow.

I did the usual ringing around of dealers to find the cheapest.

However Stratstone Honda in Leeds offered me the 25,000, 37,500 and 50,000 mile services all in for £399 which sounded pretty good to me.

Fingers crossed they do a good job.

I got my Type R (previous shape) from there bought got it serviced elsewhere.

I guess the big question is with regard to your last sentance... why?

Seems like a pretty good deal though if you're going to keep it that long

Though if you're at 25K already, 'that long' might not actually be very long!

Got it serviced at SB Honda in Wakefield because work was 300 yards away

My CTDI is on lease for another 2 years so I'll easily hit the mileage.

Adam, Only had the Civic ES 1.8 ishift for a week now but bought it brand spanking from Stratstone Honda in Horsforth (Leeds) they have been great with me up until now, I know its early days but I have no complaints at all about the customer care so far, and they also will have my Civic to service as well.

My car was serviced at the city location in Leeds.

Got the car back today and it had been washed, vacced out and serviced.

They fixed the annoying dash rattle/creak.

They swapped the rear springs round following a bulletin that some springs had been installed upside down

They did not think there was a fault with the hatch struts (I thought they were weak).

Really impressed with Stratstone - so much so that I'll be writing to the dealer principal to let him know.

With the £399 deal I now get the next two services gratis and a piece of paper proving the deal I have.

I paid via credit card just in case the dealership goes under; then I can ask the credit card company to step in.

Sorted.
