Servicing 5 Year service offer?

Hi All
Will be picking up my Civic Type S in a few days

. They have offered me a deal where I pay £500 up front and get 5 years servicing. Has anyone else taken up this offer? Would appreciate some opinions on this. Is it good value? (1st Honda no idea of service costs)

I purchased my Civic on 27th July and received a letter from my dealer at the end of November telling me I have up until my car is 8 months old and covered no more than 8000 miles to purchase the £500 service package.

With the letter was a fixed price servicing price list:

1st Service: £165
2nd £210
3rd £198
4th £210
5th £165

Total: £948
You pay: £500

Saving: £448

Thanks for the replies even if I only keep the car 3 years its still a saving at those prices. Decision made
