I Just Joined The Civic Club
HI ALL,
I decided i fancied a change......currently driving x plate bmw 318ISE.Had a look at a few civics last week after reading a few reviews and deciding to go back to a hatchback for practicalety and aranged to take 1 out today. The sales guy at springfield tynemouth was great, gave me it for the morning. This was ideal it ment i could go and pick up the wife from work then go get our little boy and the dog then go off for a good run. I loved the diesel.Couldnt belive how smooth quiet and quick it was............faster than me beema im sure it is. The car he gave me was a type s diesel as the one i was looking at was not taxed and to take it out without the trade plates it had to be the type s.He said apart from the seats and the front and rear skirt it was the same car.......infact the ES has more features. They are a lot roomier than they look and their was plenty of room in the boot for my dog(this was my main worry ) as i didnt think there would be so much space.I also love the way the car has been thought out.Loads of attention to detail and a great spec too, also the magic seats are a great idea. I went for an 06 cosmic grey 2.2 ES with 6000miles pick her up on monday( i do feel a bit sad though as the beema hasnt been a pick of bother)and you always get attached dont you. Ken the sales guy at tynemouth has been great so far.............so much more profesional than their sister branch at newcastle(not very impressed with them lot.............but thats another story). One last thing.......can you still fit a roof pod with the glass roof (as we go camping?) I'll post again with a few pics soon as i get behind the wheel. Roll on monday |
