My car Tomorrow

Tomorrow is the big day for me when I pick the Civic up. I think its going to be a long afternoon and a sleepless night tonight!

Think I may need to have a few bevvies tonight to knock me out and to celebrate, there'll be no time for celebrations tomorrow night - I'll be out driving!

Not too many bevies!!! You don't want to be over the limit!! It's a great moment when you drive off the forecourt and realise that this is no test drive.... it's actually MY civvie.

Don't forget your piccies.....

True! Just enough beer to make the hours go that little bit quicker (don't normally drink midweek anyway so it'll just be 3 or 4 bottles!) - just as well theres some footy on the TV tonight to keep me suitably distracted from my thoughts.

I'll get the piccies done ASAP but with computer problems at home it may not be for a week or so.

I've just read your posts and you said 'tomorrow', so is that now 'today' ? ..or did you post it the 'day before yesterday', in which case I guess 'tomorrow' now becomes 'yesterday' and by 'today' you will have savoured the pleasure for a whole day...or so...

Wahey! I got her and shes a beauty. Love the power (my old car was a 1.6 Megane) and spent most of yesterday just driving around. Looking forward to this weekend when I take her on a jaunt to Yorkshire and back.

Thanks to the person who kindly broker her in for me, its got 5800 on the clock and is loosened up nicely so it pulls like a train. Its nice being able to keep up with BMWs now

.

Pics will follow soon, but I'll have to clean her again first as the alloys arent quite as shiney as they were when I took collection.
