Smile The longest weekend

I have a feeling this is going to be the longest weekend EVER!!!!!!!

I am driving from Bournemouth to the head office in Worthing on Monday morning and my new Galaxy Grey 2.2 EX is due to meet me in the car park at some point in the day... Can't get an exact time as the lease company are supplying the car from Birmingham. I am going to spend the day glued to the window.

I have a feeling I will be early on Monday and that the drive home will be much more fun than usual..

Hiya!

I am well excited for you! I've got my face glued to the window every day now that I have her - pick off any would-be paint scratchers!!

Your drive home on Monday will be ace. It is such a powerful engine and everytime I put my foot down I grin. The speed takes me by surprise every time!!

I shall look out for you on the local roads, seeing as you spotted me yesterday!!

Just induce a drunken state upon yourself for the next few days to pass the time.

I realise I'm quoting myself here. I've manged to kill an evening with alcohol although I already have my car, unable to comment on its time passing qualities. Either way it's one less day to wait!

It was a good idea until I woke up this morning with the hangover from hell, what makes it worse is I have a friends birthday beer up tonight. With any luck I should just sober up in time for the new toy to arrive.....

Lexie, now you have your sticker you will just be easier for me to spot. I think I may well be 5 - 0 up by the end of next week...

She arrived

Hello to all, couldn't reply yesterday as I had a new car to drive. She arrived about 1pm on the back of a truck. No dealer handover as the truck driver had brought her down from Birmingham and was nothing to do with the Honda dealer so basically is was her are your keys, bye bye.

They forgot the mats and the spare wheel we ordered but they have said get your local dealer in Bournemouth to supply and fit and get them to send us the bill.

Happy is an understatement, still reading the manual and trying to work everything out.

Pictures have been posted in the gallery....

Poor English custommer When I think that the masterchief spend 1 1/2 hour to explain me all the tips of the car and reviewing all details (no scratches on the dashboard and how to clean it, looking at all parts of the car, Oil, motor use the first thousands milages, etc etc) and I dont have the satnav !

So Enjoy the driving !!!
