Yeah, money very well spent IMHO...and the Blades...they just look great in the flesh, very fat riding on 18s.

I have no complaints at all yet...all the usual things people have mentioned, such as dashboard, aside...I couldnt be more pleased. Which reminds me, the first thing I did after getting the car (apart from kerbing it!) was go to Tesco and get some micro fibre cloths for the dash...highly recommend these.

Oh yeah, had several thumbs up/nods from other Civic drivers too...what a lovely family I am part of now!

Whole thing sounds like it was from the 'Topcat guide to Civic ownership'.

I'm just about over the wheel incident...for now! Looking forward to going to work tonight to check out the ambient blue lighting...and,as I'm on a night shift, I will have plenty of time to start reading the 500page Civic manual!

I know we're about as biased as you can get on this forum, but whoever you are, if you're in the market for a 3 door hatchback, how can you look beyond the Civic? Focus? Boring, Astra ? Do me a favour! Mini? Too many now. Even the Focus ST and Astra VXR look very old compared with the Civic Type R, and the Astra is dearer. It's a no brainer really isn't it?
