Hi all,
I,am about to purchase an ex 2.2 with leather sunroof. The best discount i have got from a dealer is £ 19,235 with mats. Autobytel's discount is £18,872 a difference of £363.00 with no mats, and i am not to sure if they if give a full tank of fuel, as it is not stated on their website. Bearing in mind that this will be a cash deal, and no P/x, do you think that the dealer is giving a good discount? I am tempted by the Autobytel offer, but they are eigty miles away, and it would involve taking two visits to the showroom. Has anyone receive a better discount from a dealer in the London area within the last two weeks, as there was a manufacturers price and road tax increase in March |

Ray, what you need to do is go to the dealer armed with the info from drivethedeal and ask him to match it. It worked for us. The salesman went off for the obligatory "ask the Manager" chat and came back with the same price.

Also remembered there's broadspeed.com, where the price for yours would be £18,967 (incl Leather + Panoramic roof). You now have enough figures below the dealer's price to make him do that walk!

Mine matched Broadspeeds price to the pound...and that included a tank of fuel and year's road tax....took a lot of haggling though...don't take no for answer!!!
