Depends if you prefer leather or slightly bigger wheels!

What mileage have they done?

Aside from mileage, I would hazard a guess that the SE + leather is likely to retain more of its value further down the line.

Yep - the leather seats will look new for far longer, the standard seats look old very quickly, mine do I really regret not having leather now

I say Sport, the extra kit, inc. the HID's will be worth more in time.

I'd say leather also, seats are a mare to keep clean and you will always be vaccuming and thinking why didn't I get leather.

If you get the SE you will only be missing the 17 inch wheels which look more of a pain to clean, aluminium foot rest but you can but that, and also HID lights but some Blue Vision bulbs and LED sidelights will make it look like it has HID.

But at the end of the day the decision is yours - out of interest what price and plates are they, do they have front fogs also?

What is it with leather seats???
On a cold morning they are freezing cold to sit on.
In the summer, they burn your b*m.
Go for the big alloys and HID lights

The car I had before had leather seats with heaters, and after about 3-4 minutes, then yes, nice and toasty, but climbing into it before it had heated up was NOT a pleasant experience.
Cloth seats are much nicer in my opinion.

Very much a personal decision!!

Which do you prefer - Better and brighter lights or leather comfort? I prefer the better lights!! And my wheels are easy to clean 17" Accord wheels so no probs there.

But then I'm biased as I own a Sport.......

I agree with Lippy (altho I too have a Sport).

I love the fact that I have improved night vision with the HID headlights, I also have a leather steering wheel, great wheels (which look brill when cleaned and tyre dressed) and front fogs which increase the night vision even further.

Do the leather seats automatically come with heating? Would have thought that would be an added extra.

Looks wise the Sport is better....

All Civic leather seats come with heaters. Also, it appears (on mine anyway) the seat backs are heated as well as the seats themselves!

Personally I would always choose a car with leather. The seats are more comfortable and look nicer for longer.

I too have the front fogs on mysport which are invaluble. I do use them when it's really dark and raining on side roads where there's no street lighting as well as in foggy conditions. Much better to see and be seen!

PS - fogs were an extra on sports on older models but are standard now, so also depends on how old the cars are that you are looking at.

Go for the SE with leather no doubt
I would imagine the cloth seats take a fair bit of looking after (as topcat says above)

The only looking after I have to do with cloth seats is give them a quick hoover when I hoover the inside of the car.
Don't you need to treat leather with something to stop it going funny
