My car Just ordered and hello!

Hello,

Just ordered my 1.8 EX (SR, Leather) in Galaxy Grey from autobytel! After lurking here and reading your posts full of advice I took the plunge and not only ordered the car but registered too!

Thanks for all the tips, plese help me through the 8-10 weeks they're quoting at the moment for delivery!

Hi

I've ordered the same (spec. below) today also, but from my local main dealer. Dealer stated usual quoted delivery is 4 weeks ± 2 weeks, but 2 weeks ago the estimate was min. 10-11 weeks (2nd weekend june).

Also thanks to everyone on this site for there informative & detailed comments.

Got 'civinfo' stickers already waiting to be applied...

Hey thefireflies,

Very close spec to mine, except I went for iShift which I didn't mention. I do a lot of rush-hour driving so hoping to save my clutch ankle

I'm not sure how teir lead times work but I believe a lot of it has to do with allocations. So the garage my car will come from (Southend Honda) who offered the best price may have a long lead time.

Hey - I'd be thrilled if they call me on tuesday to say the car will be here in a month but I'm not holding my breath.

PS: where do I buy the civinfo sticker?
