Deal or no Deal

This would available NEW from 1st September 2007

Honda Civic 2.2 Ex Met Grey with Glass Roof.
Honda Spare Wheel.
City Pack.
Front & Rear Mud Flaps.
Scotch guard and Paint Protector.
Honda GAP insurance cover.

£20,595

No Trade in and I have it all in cash...
The Garage is local to me...
Should I be getting a lot more for my money, or is it true that the margins are really tight.

So Deal or no Deal
Like to know what you guy's in the know think..

Hi jagged.
In What Car, the basic price for the 2.2 EX is £18455. The What Car target price is £17570. So you should get £885 off the price. Then add your bits & pieces to that.

you could probably get the scotch guard and paint guard for free as well as the flaps, get carpet mats thrown in too if they aint already there. You're stealer needs to sell the car, you can choose to buy it from them or go elsewhere, remember that

Click4gap is much cheaper than Honda's own gap insurance and, having had 'paint protection', I'm not convinced it's worth it. A few coats of polish seems to have the same effect.

Thanks for the Replys.. The other thing I found out... Don't know if this only specific to the Honda Group I have spoken with... They have a voucher scheme on their website for family or friends that have recommended YOU to their garage.. if you buy a car from them the recipient gets 100 pounds..
So that's 100 quid off already..

What is the list price of the car with all the options?. Start with this figure and work out your % discount.
