Civic 1.8 Type S
I recently purchased the new 3-doors version, the 1.8 Type S, including all options except satnav. Delivery between 9 and 12 July.
Here in Holland, the Type S already comes with lots of features but Honda also offers an "Advantage Package" which a.o. includes heated seats, dual zone airco, tweeters, cruise control, and rain- and light sensors. HID lightning is extra and you can order it only in combination with this Advantage package. |

Interesting to see how different the specs and add on packs are in different European countries!
In Sweden, we can´t get the Type S at all yet as far as I know. |

Sounds a bit like like the GT spec in the UK, but we don't even get the option of heated seats or HID lights

My garage told me the delivery time for my new Type S would be 3 weeks. I purchased my new Civic on 18 June and it still hasn't been delivered.
Hopefully next week, but even that isn't certain... |

Which color have you chosen ? So, if I count correctly, there are (will be) three Dutch Type-S drivers on this board ? |

1.8 because i drive less than 25000 km a year, the price for me is to much to buy the diesel, although its a super engine too

YES! I finally got mine! It's beautiful (red) and the driving experience is really awesome. It took me almost a day to study the manual and to programm the on board computer and audio-system as I want it.
