I know it's slightly different but it took a week for my city pack from date of ordering apparently although its a pack it all comes as separate parts.

They fitted front, side and rear protectors plus sensors in a few hours

City Pack ?

Obo, and any others who have had it fitted.
This "City Pack"
Are they just rubber protectors that are glued on to the car after delivery?
Front / Rear and side body protectors is how it is described in the brochure, but I just could not go the extra £500 they wanted.
Has anyone got any other pictures, as scol's above is difficult to make out what has been added?

Yes the city pack is colour coded bumper addons on the front and back and strips along each side. They are just stuck on.

Obo.
Thanks very much for the link. The pictures are really good and the colour looks better than I thought. Still prefer NHB, but each to their own.
Still not sure that the strips would not spoil the lines of the R. I take it they can be retro fitted at a later date?
Visiting Somerset next month. If I see you, I promise to wave!
Thanks again.

What? They had weeks/months to do this but they didn't until the car had arrived. Not just you, I'd be annoyed!

I just saw a blueish civic with the city pack but it wasnt colour coded it was dull grey plastic... looked rubbish IMO completely ruined the look ofthe car I wonder if its not an OEM one or did Honda make them like this originally?

The price sounds a bit low. I was told by the bodyshop who did mine there was two ways of painting the trim.
The first, and cheapest was to just prime and paint the trim, which left a slightly mottled and matt finish.
The second was to sand the primer smooth before painting the trim, leaving a shiny and smooth finish. This cost me £500, but it does look good

well there are a couple things to bear in mind for that price
1. its a friend of a friend type thing and he's happy to help
2. i'm taking off the trim and putting it back on myself

so all should be good but we'll see soon when i go and chat to him personally.....

and medicsource, thanks for the concern, i was a lil beat up at the time, but life throws **** at you, i'll get better at ducking next time :P hehe
karma will come around and s**t on them, no doubts about that!

just counting the hours now....
and minutes....
hold on a few more seconds have passed
damn the clock watching
