Model year 08 Model

Hi all, sorry if this is in the wrong section.

I went to my local Honda dealer to arrange the purchase of a 1.8 EX with i-drive for christmas. The dealer told me that if i could be patient then i should wait to place an order for an 08 model instead because they are upgrading the i-drive software and making some other changes -

Does anyone know what these changes are going to be? i read on an earlier thread that they weren't making any alterations to the 08 model.

I think there is room for improvement on the i-shift software.

Hopefully the new software won't affect the VED bands like last time and can be applied retrospectively.

Not that it's going to happen but if Honda lend me a car that has been modified I cold soon tell them whether they've got it right this time - or not.

There will be more VED ,there always is

Any changes will likely be subtle. I reckon there will be a facelift 09/10 with more obvious changes/upgrades.

Hmm wonder if the dealers will be able to do this one or if it
is only going to be Honda again
