OK - an update

Had a bit of an email conversation with the guy who does these.
They are NOT official Honda badges, and I have no idea what the quality is like (although 340 odd feedback, 99.7% positive).

He normally does the Type R (as picured above), and the Type S (as pictured below), and is going to now do me a set of Type D

Sets are for the SIDEs of the car, where the Type R decals would go - though of course you could put them where ever you like! LOL

264mm x 49mm Each

Replica Side Decal Set For New Honda Civic Type-R

Price is £9.99 plus 99p P&P, and the seller is http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/conradwilson67/

I'll let you know how mine go...

Should the D not be bigger than the word "Type", like the R AND S already are ?

Possibly

I was just playing and came up with that and thought 'yep, that'll do'

I'm pretty sure (but don't quote me - I just found him, have nothing to do with him!) that it could be made bigger if required

Its very good ( just a tiny bit better than my attempt!) OK its much better than my attempt! LOL

Top job anyway. We just need to find a plastic badge manufacturer now. Grill and tailgate badges here we come!

Further to a couple of requests I got for Type-S and Type-D side stickers I thought i'd just post my full compliment of new shape Civic decals. The first 4 are side stickers. The last one is my windscreen sticker (although most people are not a fan of this graphic). If anyone wants any graphics done I can replicate most images. For purchasing these items my e-bay i.d. is conradwilson67

Type-S

Type-R Standard

Type-R GT Version

Type-D sticker - The 'D' needs to be bigger, just like the R. It just won't look OEM enough. My fault, as this was based on a rough up that I did, based on someones initial idea. It looks very good, but needs to look OEM. Sorry
Type R - Fantastic
Type S - Fantastic
Type R GT - Not a Fan. Far too boy racer. To make it more sophisticated, it would be better with just a small GT to the right of the 'R' and half the height of the word 'Type' (line level with the word 'Type').

Type R Window Sticker - I like this exactly as it is, although I would not have one myself.

I hear what you're saying about the 'D'. I just reproduced it off the image. I'll have another crack at it.

I'm not a critic, just being critical! I think what you can do is fantastic so feel free to ignore me as it was just an observation based on the layout of the OEM logo. At the end of the day, we are all just making it up as we go along on this forum !

Keep up the good work.

I agree with Wavy, I think the 'D' should be as big as the 'R' for max effect!
