Although I've not had to put them to a real test yet, because my Civic is running 100% trouble free, I am happy with my dealer, Darlingtons of Harlow.
They've been very helpful and co-operative in the whole buying experience. The car was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Even things like the stereo balance had been setup for me. A thoughtful touch. When I collected the car I was introduced to the service and parts staff and I got a courtesy call a week later to check that everything was OK. So far so good. |

Mine aren't too bad......
They were well on the ball before the sale, ringing on the days I gave as to when to check with me - now they've got me I get the impression it's a bit too much hassle.... Having said that I seem to have been unfortunate in getting the part time Sales Manager who only works a four day week. He's a nice enough bloke but just lost interest once the sale went through (a bit like most other dealers I've dealt with). Yet to pick up the motor so will see what happens and post again after pick up. Newton Honda in South Croyhole(don) if anyones interested. PS. This is not a negative (yet) but I always seem to call when my Sales man is busy..... I do get a call back most of the time, just not when he say's he will..... |

I went to buy a Civic at Linwood, nobody bothered their A** they weren't really interested, money offered for my old car was crap, promised to phone me.....needless to say never did. Went to Hyndland in Glasgow where it was a totally different experience, they could not do enough for you. |

Neither !!! The awards were given by one of the governing bodies that over sees all things motoring -as far as I am aware (auto manufacturers - something ...I believe) someone may correct me on that - but I think I am right So this seems to be a big feather in Phoneix's cap ( so to speak) |

Got mine from Lookers in Derby, Started off ok, got a call week after i collected it, had a few flyers. However, different story if you have a problem. Won't recommned them, won't recommend Honda either.
