Satisfied with your Dealer ?
Just thought it would be nice to let you all know of my Dealer's commitment to after sales customer satisfaction. Since picking up the car some 6 weeks ago I have received 2 telephone calls (last one yesterday) just asking how the car is going, any problems any questions etc etc. and that should I need any advice to just give them a call. Having read of others discontent elsewhere in the Forum this approach is somewhat satisfying.
Hopefully this will continue, oh yes Dealer is Yeomans Honda Guildford. Is this the norm or an isolated case ? Ramsay |

The same happened with me. Dealer and Honda both called me after picking up the car. Both were very keen everything was perfect. I have had some problems with the car but the dealer really has been very good. Dealer is Chiswick Honda, London. Would certainly recommend them, plus they are a 'one stop center' for my car as they have everything there i.e. bodyworks, service, sales etc. Love it!

Since collecting the jam jar I have had 2 letters from the dealers confirming that they are there to help and they hope I am enjoying the experience.
So far, since early March I have had no reason to return. My dealer though has been personally recommended as one of the good ones should I need them - fortunately. Over the months though, there have been some horror stories here about some dealers. Mine is Ruislip Honda or Honda Ruislip, whichever they are today. |

To be honest I never got anything from my dealer other than the car! No calls or letters, though when I have spoken to them they have been most helpful.

Thats odd TC. I've had a problems with my car, esp. with the gearbox (there is a separate thread about this). I have found the service desk of Chiswick the best thing about the place. Think really it comes down to the individuals we deal with that determine the experience. I guess I was lucky! Still think the service supervisor at Chiswick is really helpful and good!

Your not talking about **** **** are you?!! Probably not as he is the most arrogant, unhelpful, useless, up himself idiot I have ever come across and the **** manager is just as bad! But as we are on a forum I wont tell you what I really think EDIT (Pottsy): I've removed the names because this I suspect is defamatory. Both the writer and the publisher are responsible for ensuring that nothing libellous is published, so sadly, to stay legal, I have had to do this. |

My dealer in Essex is the best I have ever dealt with. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they even made a fuss of my Labrador puppy on my last visit, the little rascal bought the whole showroom to a standstill as everyone wanted to meet her. One of the salesmen even took her for a quick walk!

I'm sure everyone knows what I think of my dealer. I got a call one evening about 2 weeks after I picked the car up from a woman at Bristol Honda I said I had never received an invoice and needed it for my accountant and she just went "ok I'll get onto that for you" and hung up before I had time to mention anything else.
About a week went by and the invoice came in the post. Not heard from them since ... not suprised! |

I've had two calls drom my dealer - Lookers in Derby - in the first 3 weeks. One from the sales guy, another from the service chief.
I've been quite impressed by Lookers. I got my wife's car (a Jazz) from there a couple of years ago, and they were good then. |

I have just heard that my dealer Hyndland Honda has been bought by Phoenix Honda. My experience with Hyndland has been excellent, unfortunately can't say the same about Phoenix. Would put Phoenix on par with the worst dealership in Scotland 'Arnold Clark'' need I say more.
RIP Hyndland sorry to see you go. |
