Have to say that as a Leaseplan driver I've had exceptional service from Brayley Honda in St Albans, both on my previous Accord and now on my upcoming Civic. Our orders should go through their Hemel branch but they've switched the sale to their St Albans branch on both occasions in recognition of the work put in by Mark there. Their serivce team has also been excellent. In return they've got a high specced car order and a decent amount of options added outside of the leaseplan contract.

My test drive was through Norton Way back in Feb but I believe Leaseplan have an agreement with them to provide 3 day hires. They knew they wouldn't get the end sale but Lucy there was very good.

In all fairness, most of the comments about co car drivers are about right. If its quiet, we can give hours of help, no worries, and generally we do.

There are times, such as on the weekend, when we do a lot of business, when I am going to be chasing the deals that I will earn money on.

Got a mortgage and I am a human, even though I am a car sales man

Note to self - do NOT ask Martin if he fancies a coffee on a weekend...

If tt would like to pop down this weekend great.

I will be out fishing in the middle of Swansea bay, once I have waxed my new car and cut the grass

One sugar and milk
