Honda Happiness - how long?
How long does it take for Honda Happiness documentation to come through and who sends it - HUK or the dealer?
I purchased it in June and haven't heard a thing. |

Mine took about 4wks to arrive. Its a small booklet like this (Click on Honda Happiness, then choose the purple fixed price service offer).
The docs are sent directly from Honda UK. If you have any concerns, I'd speak to your dealer in the first instance. |

Interesting, I've just phone my dealer (Brindley Honda) who have said they will send me confirmation details.
I hope there are not two versions of HH - Honda UK and a dealer version. |

Well I got the two sheets of A4 from my dealer but I also rang HUK who gave me mixed messages about whether I should have received documentation from them. Eventually, a very nice man confirmed that I was registered for the scheme (key point is the reference number given by the dealer) but he would send me a pack through the post...
Guess what? Nothing through the post ... |

Honda Happiness...
Hi Folks...
I got a thankyou for registering letter and info from Honda Happiness a week after I bought my Civic from A.Clark (Honda Dealer) in Kilmarnock. It gives you a price list for essential repairs and a complimentary health check up for the Civic I think..  Could do with one for myself..  .No more pizza's and kebabs for me...  |
