colours?
I got my Champagne silver three weeks ago - the best colour available in my opinion. But why are the choices so boring? I wanted yellow, purple or green, but instead they offer almost identical greys and silvers. With such a great shape as the civic, it would be good to have some bolder colours - like some of the ones on the photoshopped pics on this forum.

There is a rumor on the CR-V forum that the CR-V's are to get Deep Bronze as a colour option for '08 I just wonder if the 5 door civic may get the Deep Bronze option?

Hi. I'm from Belgium and I went to an official dealer today, I confirm it seems the vivid blue will no more be available in our country (at least for the 5-door version). They will propose the Royal blue pearl (only available with the type-s today) instead or some orange...but i've asked about the champagne silver and it seems it would be available in 08...

I read JC's review of the Skoda Roomster today where he commented that you could choose from a wide-range of exterior colours. Sure enough there are thirteen on the Skoda website with one being retired already). No bright oranges, but quite tasteful hues instead. And I think the Civic would look good in most of them.
Of course, they have white too, which should be reserved for the Type R |

Now according to my wife who is polish, and spoke to the dealer, there was no mention of a problem relating to exterior/interior colour. For that I mean the exterior colour is ok but the beige interior was not available with that colour. I say that because I know that certain exterior colours are not able to have the beige interior. On this issue of exterior colour I trust my wife completely as she wanted the colour - champagne silver - not me. However the interior colour we both agreed on! |

It went to being a factory order so they said they should have one end of the month. If they're killing off this colour then it could be a close thing.
