Noticed on a number of sites selling the Civic, some have the spec as follows -

2.2 i-CTDi EX 5dr [Leather + SR]

What does the SR stand for ?

but really its not a sun roof as traditionally known, it doesnt open, its a 'panoramic glass roof'

Having just taken a look at the specs for said vehicles on the likes of Jamjar.com, they do indeed list a panoramic glass roof as part of the exterior specification.

Probably, they think punters already know what SR means and assume they'll check the detailed spec anyway. After all, PGR would confuse me even more!

I know the two are very different technically, but to the average webmaster it's probably too much work to get the descriptions exactly right!

i choose not to have the glass roof, i find it a waste of money, if it opened i would have gone for it.
i makes very little difference to the feel inside the car.
each to there own !!

It's expensive for what it is, I probably wouldn't spend the extra £ for it, not important to me. I like the enclosed feel as standard.
