Honda Happiness?
or the AA thingy? I'm guessing AA - in which case I'm pretty sure you just need your car reg if you ever need to use them. But I know people on here have called them, so hopefully we'll get that confirmed |

I was told that you do - just call the number and give them your reg number. Pretty handy really as the number is on my tax disc holder as supplied by the dealer therefore I can't forget or lose it.

yep
3 years AA european realy cover number is in your service book and as the guys say all you need is your reg number and your name used it twice and service has been excellent (with previous honda's - both times due to us managing to run the battery down by leaving lights on) |

It's a very good service indeed (I've used them lots!).
I get a text informing me when the AA man is due, and another if the ETA changes. I was so impressed I signed 'er indoors up for the them also. |

Last time I was towed in by the AA ( not on me Civic), the guy didnt screw the towing eye in correctly.
It pulled out halfway down a busy high street, which started a bit of a traffic jam. The eye went right across the bumper and scratched it to b-ggery. The silly little man, had cross threaded it. |

Also as part of the free cover is accident management - if you have a bump they will get it to the body shop and make sure it gets done in a timely manner
