Deemon they are that bad that i will be booking my car into phoenix honda
to have my locking wheel nuts removed at the cost of £73 rather than

Nothing specific, just the attitude and the same old story of asking them to fix 3 fix issues and they only do 1!

Also, it was the first dealer I visited when I wanted to buy a Civic and the saleman I spoke to could not be bothered to help me, to busy larking about with one of the service guy's. I went in wearing my work clothes and it was obvious he assumed I was just looking and could not afford a new car (well the way it seemed by the way he was acting). Obviously, I left pretty sharp and bought my Civ' elsewhere

Now you mention it I did notice this too with the Enfield dealer. I called the manager to complain about them not screwing down the front mats, and the receptionist pickup the phone, I asked for the manager. She then repeated what the manager had told her, I then lost it and told her that I had asked to speak to the manager and that I would expect to speak to him, and not you! Not that I had anything against her, its just that the manager could nt be bothered to speak to me! They can stick it, I'm never going back to that garage! They were fine taking £19k off me for the new car!

I also marked them down in the questionaire that I received from their head office, this way they can buck their ideas up!

A word of caution....

Hi All...
Just a word of caution about Phoenix Honda in Paisley...

I previously had a 04 Honda Accord SE which I took in for a service. All seemed to go ok until I got the car back....
1, Drove off in car and got to the roundabout and discovered indicators were not working..!Relay switch disconnected..?
Also...
2, Oil splattered around inside of engine bay..!
3, A large number of scratches and oil smears along the top of both wings...! Wing protectors hadn't been fitted.
4, Scratches along rear nearside door..!
4, Car stinkin of petrol for several days after..??
5, Car not washed even though it was mentioned in the service receipt..!

All of which was repaired eventually and I got a partial refund but I remember leaving and saying that I wouldn't be back.
I've purchased a service plan with with my Civic at A.Clark Honda in Killie, I hope they do a better job..??

I've heard Henrys Honda in Pollokshaws does a good job on service and repairs..
