Delivery Miles

When I received my CTR GT it had 20 miles on the clock, is this normal or abit excessive??? On the Pre-delivery form it showed 5 miles before inspection (coming IN) and 13 going out. The dealer must of done 7 miles testing the car or fueling it as I got a full tank. How many miles did you guys and girls have? (not to be sexist! LOL)

8 miles on mine. I picked it up in the Morning and the Engine was still fully warmed up. The dealer must have just been back from filling up the tank.

5 miles.

I'm the lowest so far

Probably because there is a petrol station very near the dealer....

I've told my dealer I dont expect any more than 15. My Dad's mate insisits that there should be no more than 10 miles on it and he has refused to take a car cause it had 12 miles on it! lol!

I would be interested to find out how many miles a car purchased from Chathams Abbey Hill branch in Edinburgh has on it as there is a petrol station about 500 yards from it and I saw them driving through the Grass Market in Edinburgh the other week (during rush hour!) with all the plastic covers on the cars.

I thought that Honda had to test drive all cars at the factory, to make sure that they were OK before despatch? I bet my dealer took mine out for a long drive before filling her up. I had nothing but problems with them!

Mine had 14, which seemed high, but I didn't query it.

2875 miles ... but it was the ex-demo model

They promised it would be less than 3000 on the agreement so not as bad as it sounds...got a good deal on the price and was the spec i wanted anyway.....NHB Civic 2.2CDTi Sport
