57 Civic Type-R - Milano Red - 20k

I'm thinking of selling the motor and getting something a bit bigger, I should make it clear that I love this car and I'm really not interested in stupid offers and tyre kickers, if I don't achieve what I'm after for it, I'll keep it.

I've owned the car since new in Sept 2007. It's been kept in a garage all its life and had minimal use as a second vehicle and as a result really is mint. I've got Honda Happiness so it's been serviced fully by Honda and has wanted for nothing. Here's some spiel:

Type R GT - Milano Red
21k Miles Only! (use a bike for commuting / short trips, only been used long distance)
Full Honda Service History (+1 free service remaining under warranty plan, due Sept 2012 and I'd be happy to have it done ahead of sale if the buyer wants)
MOT to Oct 2012
Tax to Jan 2013
Recently had new Brembo discs fitted on front, EBC on rear, Redstuff pads all round.
2x New ContiSport Contact 5 tyres on front and the rears have 7mm tread.
GardX / scotchguard treatment when new

Options (as you can see I went for pretty much everything!):
Sat Nav + HFT
19" Rage Alloys
City Pack
Rear Parking Sensors
Type R Decals
Type R Mats

The honest bit - a couple of the rages have v minor kerbing, nothing too noticeable and would be easily touched up.

Has had the 3rd gear (new gear box fitted in 2008) and hand brake recall fixed at Ryland Honda, Cardiff.

Washed with Zymol gear, clay barred about a year ago, will do again before sale and seales with Zaino Z2 which gives the red a real deep shine (the pics below haven't had this treatment as I had to use Autoglym stuff at the in-laws).

I can't find any cars on autotrader with this spec and low mileage but the next best thing seems to be >£9k with no options and is an 07 plate. I'm after £8,850 which is a steal with a free service in the bag too.

I have read the trading rules and will follow them to the letter

Yeh not far, the only day next week I could do is Tuesday at the moment.

I'll try to get the car cleaned this weekend and send you some more pictures.

How did the test drive go? No, I don't have the iPod cable as it's widely known to be rubbish, it's the only option I didn't take on this car. The nav takes mp3 cd's and the audio mode shows track listings on screen which I've been more than happy with.

I washed, clay barred and sealed the car on Sunday so have a load more pics I can send you tonight. Drop me a PM if you still want to come down on tues.

Hi, the car looks amazing and just what i'm after, my car is up for sale at the moment. Is the R still for sale? I don't know if you would be interested in PX for a '06' BMW 320d saloon?
