Does anyone know if the mirrors freeze during the winter months, Especially during the morning when your off to work and you press unlock to open the mirrors

Btw I like to add , i ordered my Mirror Module from BOZO late on the Friday and they were with me on Tuesday. Thats Fast Service. Cant wait to fit them when its a little warmer

Hi Rborhara....I haven't had any issues with mine and so far I have had a couple of mornings at -4oC so far. It would probably take compacted snow/ice for mirrors to freeze like that and for that I think we would need to have Siberian weather. I wouldn't worry too much mate.

Mr Bozo I have an issue, Ive installed this today
Press Lock the mirrors fold in, Press Unlock NOTHING, they dont unfold
Car locks and unlocks OK

Press the button inside for the Wing mirrors that works fine
However when I unlock it and it doesnt unfold, if I open the car door and enter key into igniton the mirrors unfold - ive checked all wiring especially at central locking end so stuck for a bit

I asked the exact same question last year and got the very same response. However, last monday when it was heavily frozen over I unlocked the car to hear the sickening sound of cracking ice and straining motor noise...

...Since then I've simply spliced a push switch into the earth wire of the circuit and fitted it onto the very edge of the door card in order to de-activate the circuit over the cold winter months

Yes i was thinking thet this switch is original part from mrbozo modul.
