Bore holes are for the rubber grommet to create a total seal when you put back the cap, it is not essential to retain the cap or drill the hole you could leave the cap off but you may get condensation in the lights.

Are these non-technical person friendly, what I mean is will I (no experience of mechanical stuff) be able to fit them?
If I can, I'm definitely buying the 55W 6000K

Hi JP, how much for a 55W kit, including P&P to Belgium?

And do have those 55W kits also slim ballasts?

All 55W kits are £62.50 mate, the extra P&P with insurance to Belgium would mean the total for you is £69.50.

All kits come with mini slim ballasts as pictured.

In the first post, yes they are H7R bulbs and pass an MOT in my experience.
