Hi Bog,

First, I'm new on this forum and i'd like to thank you and the others (Gray 52, Jupdio, Myago, and PCR) for the wonderful job you've already done.
I'd like to ask you some questions:

1-Are the 1N4007 diodes (to avoid the loop between satnav and the rear lights) included in your box?

2-Is PCR's video attenuator included in your box (in case it is, which one is it: the 6dB one or the 2.2dB one?)

3-I've seen a video in which you connect your iphone to the satnav screen. I've got an ipad and would like to do the same with it. Which app do you use (PS: I've already jailbreaked it)

4-Where in the car do we have to put your box? In the glovebox? in the little case over the gear-switch?

5-What is the price to send me a A-box in France? (2007 executive navi civic)

For the question 5, i'd like to know the total price of the Type A box + shipment in France.
PS: Do you still have your Xenta HDMI Upscaling Mini Media Player Divx Upscaling? Would you still recommend it?

Hi Bog, I have just fitted my aftermarket creversing camera using your video in cable, to which I'd like to thank you for.

Just a few questions regarding the new control box,

I guess because I already have the cable I would need type B?


Apart from the switches I'd have to get and install, is there any re-wiring i'd need to do to the already installed reversing camera or other parts of the car?

Do I need to buy and install anything else for the sound or does this all work through your box?

How easy is it all to set up?

Im not bothered in using the camera when moving forward, just ability to use camera when reversing and playing videos or tv through satnav screen.

Your help is most appreciated.

Please put me down for a Type A control box for an 08MY 2.2 EX - I intend to use it in conjunction with a Type DS camera from MrBozo.

Although I appreciate the primary purpose is to allow devices to make use of the video screen, what capability does it have for pure audio, i.e., MP3 players?

Apart from the switches I'd have to get and install, is there any re-wiring i'd need to do to the already installed reversing camera or other parts of the car? you may need to get some extra wire to extend the wires on the control box depending where you locate your switches. you will need to disconect the power lead for your camera which I guess you connected to the 12vof your reversing light, the connect it to the yellow wire on the control box - so you will have to run a length of wire from the front to your camera,

Do I need to buy and install anything else for the sound or does this all work through your box? Sound is separate, the box only switches the video.

How easy is it all to set up? Not to difficult, but you will need to take your time and basic electrical knowledge will help.

Any problem shipping it to Norway?

I already have a xcarlink set up, i was wondering if you have tried to play any videos through the video in and use an audio aux in system (like xcarlink,.etc). Is there any sound/video delay? Are both video and sound in sync?
