The TV signal is excellent and can pick up all the freeview channels where ever I go.Wales and the Northwest so far.

That's excatly the same box I have installed, lots of features and the menu looks good in the Civic (I have the Blue)

My antenna is like this one but boosted..

I mounted it on the glass roof... In some areas it's fine, even driving along, but sometimes I think I should have got a better on or add a second.

I also bought myself a video out cable for my iphone and can now watch any films stored on its 16gb memory as well.

Bog, I don`t need a AV switch as I have my TV video in + Iphone Video connected with a double adapter and switch the iphone video signal on/off from the iphone.
I have it set up now so it displays my iphone lock screen while im driving on my Sat Nav screen and this will pop up any messages/emails and the photos of anyone phoning me while i listen to the radio.

How are you getting facebook on the iphone? I thought video output through an AV cable was limited to video not apps?

For Sale: Video In Control Boxes

The box plugs into the back of the Honda OEM Navigation System and allows a composite video source to be shown on the car's navigation screen. It allows you to do the following:

Switch on Reversing Camera when driving forward.
Watch video source on Navigation Screen whilst driving forward or stationary.
Switch automatically from video source to reversing camera when reversing.
The unit can also be connected to AV Selector to allow connection of multiple devices i.e iPod, Car PC or DVD Player.
Built in 6db attenuation to improve video image detail (some sources can be a bit bright without)
