new grill fitted
Hi all, i've installed my new grill today, it's the ABS-Dynamics Carbon fiber grill on a NHB Civic
Here's a (bad) picture , took it tonight when fitted ... I will post some new pictures when my car is cleaned tomorrow It's a bit of a weird picture 'cause of the flash but i'll get new ones tomorrow when it's not so dark |

think it will look better with a "H" badge on, but i'll reserve my judgement untill i see better pictures in daylight.
how much was it and where did you get it from?? |

i was thinking that the r-grill would look great if it was smooth and just black, without the badge, the mental picture i had was similar to the irmcher grills you see on vauxhall corsas and astras, the clean black, clutter free grill usually looks great. and to have the same on a civic would look great.

Think Christophe has it there.
If it was a carbon bonnet and nose it would work, but on it's own it looks out of place. Shame really. |

Nope, don't like that the original looks far better, if you want a black grill go for the R Type one, better yet leave it standard IMHO

i like the design. i think the carbon look is wasted on this car as its not a performance car (as said i think the carbon bonnet and nose would look good, only on the type r though). once painted black i think it will look great. im not sure on the badge, i would suggest a photoshop before making a decision
