CHROME Door Handles

I dont know about everyone else but i find the door handles on the civic a little dissapointing in their appearance the cheap looking plastic seem to be a little bit boring compared to the rest of the car. I have been looking about for an alternative to this and found these -

CHROME HANDLE COVERS

I have e-mailed the guy who sells them about shipping to the uk and about whether they will fit the civics here as they look like a different shape to me.

Here is the link

eBay Motors: 06, 07, Honda Civic Door Handle Cover ABS W/Chrome BNIB (item 300198277171 end time Feb-18-08 13:35:09 PST)

First: a bling-bling thing?
Second: They won't fit the spaceship. Just look at the shape, it can't be right. It's probably for the us model.

Youre not being very kind guys.
In fact rude is nearer the mark.
I think its quite reasonable to want to fit chrome handles.
The Accord, CRV and FRV have them after all.
IMO the OEM handles look cheap on the Civic
They should be painted or chrome.
Silver paint is not good enough.
OK. The guy thought they would fit.
Perhaps the company that produced them will also do a set for this model in the future.
I would be interested seeing a Civic with these fitted, then I can make my mind up to buy or not.

Not meaning to be rude, but I think the door handles are one of the better aspects of the civic, just my opinion.

I like the flat solver colour more than the chrome shiny ones.
It's kinda like alloys: do you like chrome ones more than the usual silver ones? I don't. But the old romans already knew "De gustibus et coloribus non disputandum."
