Was with one of my friends the other day and I said ".......anyway must be going as I'm off home to wash my car" to which he said "why don't you take it down the car wash?"..............

We haven't spoken since!

Remind him that its easier to scratch your own car at home then pay for a car wash to do it.

You'll get T.C. jumping in soon telling you all about the paint not being able to stand them car washes, he'll understand then.

on a nice sunny day you can see the cars which have been through a car wash as they look like someone has cleaned them with a brillo pad!! nasty things car washes. even if you wash by had you will get swirls and little marks, but car washes just damage the clear coat.

i agree! specialy on black cars, just a bad way to be out of pocket and have a dull car lol
u should make him wash it! and do your wheels with a toothpick

Forecast for this weekend is not too good....the long weekend for giving the car a really good clean/polish/wax after winter.
Xmas presents of a stack of Maguires stuff to use.
Been saving my old underpants......if it is soft enough for my groin area it is soft enough to polish a car (anyone got microfibre undies?)!
I even purchased an electric polisher thingy.

Use the polisher thingy on the groin area before putting on the Y fronts, or after.?

Jack the lad.....you should feel how soft the synthetic woolen cover is........!
Perhaps the Which report on mens undies used the same?
Looks like the big clean/polish will have to be at the May Bank holiday.
