You may as well call it a "natural rinsing"

Nowt wrong with cleaning the car in rain, hail or snow......thats what I ended up doing today....started off nice and then became horrible weather, but when you've started you just can't stop until the jobs been done properly. I even cleaned the engine bay....now I think i'm officially sad!

What are you complaining about - you've a hood to keep what little hair your barber left you with, dry and perfectly spiked!

Cleaned my S2000 in a rain storm at 11.30pm one night. I found bird cr*p on the car when i left off work and did not want to leave it on there. Gave it a quick rinse but left the rain water to do most of the work.
I was soaked through to the skin and very cold.
She did look good the next day though and no water marks at all on the paintwork.
My other half thought i was completely mad, well whats new Hun!!!

I have to admit: I did pretty much the same thing the same day. The Mrs was mystified and gave me grief for being out in the snowstorm.

I did, however, find a way to stop the little smirks and comments, I copied the picture and emailed it to her with the title ' I am NOT the only one' !

Thanks, dragonglance, for the rest for the ears !
