You can buy the Type R badges separate. The dealer may not fir the Type R badges to your Type S though. You may have to do that yourself.

Potete comprare il tipo distintivi della R separati. Il commerciante non può abete il tipo distintivi della R al vostro tipo S comunque. Potete dovere fare che voi stessi.

LOL!

to summarise:
Type R grill fits as a direct replacement on both Type S and all 5dr models. It's a fiddly job due to the location of the bolts and brackets, but requires no modification to anything.

Type S and Type R side skirts and front / rear trim (the unpainted grey bits on an S) are identical, except that on an R they come painted.

You can not (easily) put the S / R skirts etc on a 5door.
Well, ok, you can, and a small number of owners have, but it requires a fair bit of work.
check out the gallery for examples

hope that helps!

Grill. Yes
Grill is done. so yes.

But the unpainted front bumper from the type s serie(or the type r, but that one is coded) should fit? I'm not talking about the skirts, or rear end.

Reason i ask, are when you order the city pack styling, they dont change the hole front do they? Just the lip under the original bumper?
So thats why the typer s plastic lip under the original front should fit?, or em i wrong?

The big plastic bumper is identical across all models, except for those with HID headlights which get the holes for the headlight washers

when fitting the image (or city, dependin on which country you are in) pack, then yes, they just replace the lip

The issues start when you try and fit S / R bits onto a 5 door.

As Robbo's pic shows very well, where the lip meets the wheel arch (and then where the wheel arch meets the side skirt), there is a flare.
That isn't there on the 5door.

But if you want to drive with that flare, is it possible to fit it?.

Then it will be just some minor adjustments on the lip flare spots.

(call me stupid, but i want to know)

@BLANDOMAN: answer to your question is yes...you can order Type R parts for Type S (they fit perfectly) and for 5 door you'll have to make some adjustments (for 5 door look in gallery jimp's civic)

Because The Part Of Type R Is Mede By Plastic That Is Easy To Spray.
The Type S Plastic Need A Tratment Specific Before The Spray
Is Correct?

Should just be a simple undercoat and paint job I would have thought.
