Yes - you probably mean clay.
Its worth using only if you have particular blemishes/water marks/small paint chips/ bird droppings etc... but make sure you read the instructions carefully as you can damage your paint job very easily. Keep it very well lubricated - look for one that uses water for the lubricant - do not use/buy one with lube in the clay - you can get away with packaged lube that comes with the clay. My Recommendation For Cleaning your car: Step 1 - Citrus Degreaser (Lower parts of car) Step 2 - Rinse Step 3 - Wash with PH neutral car wash shampoo Step 4 - Rinse Step 5 - Towel Dry (Microfibre Towel) Step 6 - Clay paint surfaces Step 7 - Rubbing compond (Elec Random Orbital Polisher) Step 8 - Pre Wax preperation Step 9 - Towel off (Microfibre Towel) Step 10 - Wax (Elec Random Orbital Polisher) Check out this website - Click here |
