What wax for Vivid Blue

Having seen the photos of MR and NHB Civics with some glorious reflections, I want to get my Vivid Blue to shine as bright.
I had been using Meguires Gold Class Wax, and getting reasonably good results, but nothing close to the results from Robbo, ST and co

So I have read lots of the threads here and on other sites like Polished Bliss and this is where the confusion has started. Different waxes seem to suit different types of paint finishes and colours. But bright blue metallic cars seem to be thin on the ground when it comes to the ultra keen car cleaners so I couldn't find much info

So what is the best wax/polish/sealant/whatever to get my Vivid Blue spaceship gleeming like Robbos Civic.

PS
Please keep ideas of products to those that don't need me to take out a huge loan

You need a wax with softer qualities to bring out the paint fleck..Use Swissvax Onyx £39.00

Colour is immaterial to the brand used - the slight nuance/subtle difference comes in when you compare carnauba wax with sealant.
Not all fall into the same stereotype, but by and large, waxes tend to be a bit warmer, whereas sealants tend toward a more sterile/matter-of-fact appearance.
One that does go against the grain is Bilt Hamber's Auto Balm, which adds a depth and wetness, and flake 'pop' normally reserved for waxes, but also the shine/bling factor of a sealant.
It's hard to portray accurately in words like above - it's something you 'get' once you see it in the flesh.
But again, I hasten to add, it's not stark contrasts, just subtleties here and there.

Any wonder I was confused.
I get the feeling that trial and error is the way to go, cheapest first

Foggy..My last car was metallic black...Swissvax was awesome and brought out the fleck in the paint really well. Its expensive but worth it.
Since then, I have discovered Collinite and in all honesty, I've not found anything better for the money. If you want 'bang for bucks' go for that BUT there are many 'soft' waxes but they dont last as long. You can layer them though, so a mix might be an option.
Good luck

If you are looking for cheapest first then definitely the Collinite. One application will last months. But Just to confuse things even more, Pete's 53 by chemical guys is a good wax at a nice price ~£20. Although, like I stated on my original post, I suggest giving Dodo a try, you wont be dissapointed!

P21s wax is good too, but won't last too long maybe a month or so.
