However my university does do that but only in paper bindings, these are Red/Black cloth with gold blocked front and done within 2-3 days, whereas the Uni' press takes minimum 1-2 weeks......

Also presentation is important, and technically I only need to hand 2 in, 1 marked, 1 kept, however I want one for my bookshelf so I can annoy people when answering questions by referring to myself

STUNNING!!!!! Now thats a great looking car......much much better looking in that colour than White IMO
Thank you, Angie4m. Unfortunately it can be a high maintenance colour. I can detail it and then fifteen minutes later it's covered in dust!

NHB produces the most amazing reflections too. I'm selling my car and buying a 350Z. I want black but everyone has warned me away from it.

Why, if you want it go for it, half the time the salesman tries to push the colours he has in stock.... they did with me, so I told them I'd wait, I got what I wanted in the end.

I plan on going to a dealership today to see what they have in stock. My only choices are Metallic Black, Pikes peak White or Carbon Silver. No more flashy colours for me!

Silver and white both look so dated now, however black always is in style (like a dark suit....).

Not slightly biased are we?????

Great have NHB if you are a student and only have 3 hours lectures a week and can spend the rest of the week cleaning your car.

Now you have finished student life how are going to find time to clean your car until you retire??

Working full time with a family is my excuse for often having a dirty car

Not finished yet, once my Ma is finished, my phd is next (fingers crossed), by the time I finish that I can retire

And I don't have only 3 hours lectures, I have none (at the moment ), just got to write some admittedly boring dissertation.......

Anyways, yes it is ok if you can spend the time cleaning, although you needn't spends hours, I can clean my car really quickly using just QD and a hose, every 4-5 days, just hose off the dust, then QD everything in sight, looks a stunner even with just that done.

Oh and I am a bit biased

Tom

What is QD?

I assume you car is only that quick to clean as you are starting with a mirror finish that was seriously hard work to get in the first place.

Mine takes me 40 mins just to do the wheels properly, and that is if it has only been two weeks (1000 miles) since they were last done. If they have been left any longer then it takes even longer.

Meguiar’s adds Ultimate Quik Detailer to the 2007 range

New to the popular Meguiar’s ‘Quik’ range for this year, is the revolutionary Ultimate Quik Detailer – the most advanced spray detailer on offer from the world’s leading supplier of automotive car care products.

Offering a deep shine finish and unprecedented protection, the state of the art Meguiar’s Ultimate Quik Detailer uses the latest polymer technology and is designed to bridge the gap between washing and waxing. Applied to the paintwork after washing, hydrophobic polymer technology™ quickly and easily restores a show car perfect finish every time.

The hydrophobic, or ‘water-fearing’, polymers bond with, and strengthen, the wax already on the paintwork enhancing the protection that the wax provides. This interaction acts to repel water up and away from the surface of the paintwork forming fewer beads, which are larger, taller and rounder.

Formulated to withstand multiple car washes, Meguiar’s Ultimate Quik Detailer deepens paint colour and delivers a clean, slick surface which is suitable for all paints, including the latest clear coats.

Quick detailer, I can get the look of just waxed in about 40 minutes. But as you said it has 7-10 coats of collinite and megs gold class on it to start with, so Ian get away with a really quick clean, plus the wheels on once sealed require just a jet wash every so often.....

The Hyundai Getz is a wonderful car, in fact it is not only a car, it is a life style accessory. Owning a Getz makes a statement. It shows the world that you value style and quality.

It is the only car for you.

Behold the beauty. Feel the power.
Discover the meaning of life.

The Hyundai Getz.
Now with polished bonnet.
