This has already been posted in the gallery but thought I'd add it to the reflections thread

Very nice indeed, well done, mkhcts, r.chris and sushi

mkhcts: A really interesting shape in the reflection, what is it ?? !
sushi : Thanks, the pic fits really well in this thread
r.chris : I love it when you get true colour in the reflection, the blue of the sky is great.

Reflection of Citibank Building in London Docklands

Sorry I was too far away from the car when I took the picture, (picture taken last year before you had the brilliant idea of this thread).

2 photos, but whilst the third one was to originally show the orange peal effect, I think it works ok in this thread too

Oh right, so it's not as bad as it looks then.

The door looks ok in the 2nd picture.

Really like this thread. Shame I can't compete with the darker colours. However just looked out the window at the car (as you do) and saw this reflection which I thought was quite good and worth a post.
Currently on duty looking after sick grandchild although looks like he is on mend. He is 2 and more mad about my car than I am - well perhaps not! Asked him what he wants to do today. Answer " go out in Grandpas car" Good boy

Wow ! More great stuff, thanks for the efforts, folks !! I really do love looking at these !

alan: Thats exactly the kind of thing I was looking for, worked really well, a closer one would have been magnificent but this really works as is

TTDegs: Shameless self-promotion LOL ! Brilliant. My NHB has a fair bit of Orange peel effect paintwork but I said nothing because a) I wanted it as fast as possible and b) I thought maybe it meant the paint was rather 'over' applied which might not be a bad thing. It is only noticeable at certain angles and I was thinking that over time it may settle with polishing and so on. What is the current thinking on this ?

surfer: Thats a set of very true reflection colours from a non-NHB surface. I am very pleasantly surprised this worked so well. Excellent Not so sure about the large 'go-faster' stripe on the first one though
