Bug removal

I have read a lot about how soft/thin the civic paint is and was after some advice as to how I can remove bugs from the front of the car - Am I ok to use a bug shifter pad ?

Also what polish would anyone recomend for a NHB civic type s

Soak them first and let the water soften them up, they'll come off easily then.

I use GUNK bug & tar remover. It is amazing stuff, really works wonders. Great for bird poo too. Bought it from Halfords.

WD40 sounds bizarre but it does work, reapply wax afterwards.
