The Dangers of Cleaning!

Yesterday I decided to clean my car as I had some free time, and being a member of this forum I felt a little guilty that my car was dirty. So I got everything ready to clean it and all I had to do was move the car. That I did and promptly mis-judged where a small wall was in my drive and scratched the car as you can see from the pictures.

So the moral of the story is: A dirty car is not a scratched car

That ding will cost you around £60 down my way HM.
My Dealer has an inhouse Smart Repair guy, surely they must have similar in Poland. ?
Your photo's could have been of my car, after I scraped mine.
The repair is completely invisible.

Well Robbo had a little mishap sometime ago but didn't share with us, so I thought that I would take the rough with the smooth and show you that cleaning isn't always good for your car!

I can take my ribbing like a man - sitting down

Perhaps your openness will allow some other Civinfo subscribers to admit their mistakes too.

Thanks everyone.

Just off to buy some peanut butter!

Maybe people should be more open about their 'mishaps' we could have a whole section devoted to it! Of course every post would read along the lines of ".....my wife ....."
