Has anyone tried domestic towels. My sister in law has a towel fetish and gave us a load to give to the seal sanctuary. But I thought I could perhaps divert a few to drying off the car. They are as new and well washed.
Thanks Chris.

Which is a microfiber - have you been using it for long?
I'm aware of a number of buyers finding it good to start with, but quickly becoming less so after a good few washes/uses, and then ditching it in favour of something better.

I find that using filtered water for the last wash over on a mitt helps, less hard that way.

Same here but I use mine just to finish off after the Vileda Window Cloth to remove the worst.

It all depends on the weather though. If it's quite hot or windy then I do one panel at a time using a damp to wet Vileda to remove the worst followed by the Magnet.
If it's dull then I find I can Vileda the whole car using the standing water before going round with the Water Magnet to finish off.
