Scratch goblins??
About a month ago I was washing the car and noticed some strange scratches on the passenger side rear quarter bumper panel. They were deep enough so that I couldn't polish them out and an irregular pattern, so I assumed I must have parked in a bush at some point and got a few scratches off it. I thought nothing more of it...
..until today, on the same side there were more strange scratches and on the drivers side right on the crease 3 small chunks of paint missing, about 1 mil thick and about 2 mil across all in a line. I've been very careful parking up since I saw the original scratches, so I know I haven't been parked in any hedges. Does anyone else have marks on the rear of the car? Maybe air turbulence picks up debris and showers over the back of the car, but I'm stumped. |

How about a wild creature doing it's thing. ?
I often have to burn the midnight oil, as I am freelance and round about midnight +,I often go walkabouts in my garden, to get my head around a problem. The badgers and their young ( usually about 8 -10 of them), have the time of their lives running around the cars on the drive and putting claws on the lower bodywork. They keep me amused for half hour, otherwise I would shoot the b-ggers |

I did wonder, but I live in a city centre and never had the problem before. Maybe the wax I use smells nice or something?
I'm getting the garage sorted this week, so I will be garaged from now on away from the goblins. ha ha. |
