Tried that and hated it. It left a tacky, oily film on the surface that marks your clothes if you brush against it. I only used it twice and it then ended up in the bin.

use Meguiars before and now use the Autoglym Tyre Shine, I prefer AG, long lasting than the Meg.

I use the stuff here Greased Lightning

The Wheelshield works a treat and only needs to be applied once every 6 months. They also so a glaze product which I have 4 bottles of as it came in a pack but i've never used it. Doubt it would make any diff to the paint on the Civic

Turtle wax extreme nano tech tyre gel- not all that durable but you get loads in the bottle so good value- smells nice too!

Is that the same as this?

TYRE GLOSS 5L, High gloss tyre dressing. on eBay, also Cleaning, Waxing Valeting, Car Care, Car Accessories, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 11-Jul-08 10:24:21 BST)

It's good but I find it doesn't last all that well

I would not recomend any tyre products on Civic paint work!

Brings to mind orange pealing!

Who said anything about using tyre products on the Paint?

The glaze is a paint glaze which supposedly gives a showroom shine for upto 5 years, sound just like Superguard
