Looking at getting an orbital polisher, anyone got any ideas? Any advice would be welcome.
What should i be looking out for? The g220 is too expensive for what it is. |

Technically it's a random orbital, but all my work has been achieved with basically what is sold in Halfords for 20 quid.

Thats why I recommended a Random Orbital, Orbitals are just too harsh to use by an amateur on Hondas super-thin paintwork, you'll end up with a steely-grey car

I'll try and get a pic next time... but I lay the wax on the car... then take my R-Orbital, and lay two layers of stockinette polishing cloths on it... then remove the first layer of polish using the top cloth, then remove the haze leftover with the second cloth (turning them over is the easiest way to change them I've found

don't, they stay in place on there own (under the weight of the polisher), they do extend over a the period of a 5-ten minutes polishing, I just use this point to turn and or change the stockinett over, also find it reduces dust, as the the edges just sort of channel it outwards
