Cheap stuff in Lidl today

Electric car polisher for £12.99 and micro-fibre mits for £0.99. Very cheap.

You can also get a pair of 6.5" speakers which I suspect will fit the Civic for £8.99. That's probably £8 better quality than the standard ones!

I just bought the polisher and the mits. They look good, although not tried yet.

They also have non slip boot mats. I bought these a few months ago and they work really well. Stops the shopping sliding around in the boot and not bad for 3 quid.

Just bought loads! Can anyone tell me please, for best results is it best to apply wax/polish by hand then remove with machine polisher or do it all with the machine?

thought about it, but didn't think it would do the job well enough to make the 2000w electrolux redundant!

Unpacked the polisher. It's got a much bigger pad than I expected - 10" diameter. It's orbital too.

Just need to build up confidence now to approach my paintwork with a spinning disk!
